Personal Training
Through CrossFit we offer a very unique gym experience. We are very much hands on and coach our members as we move through each WOD but we can not guarantee 1 to 1 training.
When it comes to personal training we approach it very much as a coach dealing with their athlete. You may not see yourself as an athlete, however we do, albeit maybe a de-conditioned athlete. Our personal training sessions will involve in depth analysis of your diet, exercise routine and mental attitude.
We aim to not only educate you about the right way to exercise but also in how to maintain it and drive it forward under your own steam!!! We want you to be in CONTROL OF YOUR FITNESS!!!
