Our Equipment and Facilities
Our strength equipment is designed to cater for all the needs of CrossFit. It will take the most brutal punishment and allow our members to train safely and effectively. We have Bumper Plates, Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, Hexagonal Dumbells, Squat Racks, Power Racks, Olympic Lifting Platforms and much more. Through interval training, 5km running routes and rowing machines we will keep your workout intensity high and interesting.
Our Fitness Classes
